At FARES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they remain in unworn, original condition.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
